Ingredients
2 medium avocados, about 2 cups cubed
1 large English or Persian cucumber, cubed (about 300g)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 to 2 limes)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Cut avocados and cucumbers into cubes and place in a large bowl.
Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
Stir in chopped cilantro and gently toss to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Chill for 5-10 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
