Ingredients
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon, and flour in a blender until smooth
Fold in blueberries with a spatula
Transfer mixture to a greased 8-inch square baking dish
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch
