Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
½ small yellow onion, finely diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for milder taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Cut avocados open and remove pits
Mash avocados with a fork until slightly chunky
Add onions, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt
Stir until well combined
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
Notes
Store in airtight container and press plastic wrap directly on surface to prevent browning
Add diced mango or avocado slices on top for visual appeal
