Ingredients

1 cup blueberries (150g)
2 oz (56g) cream cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (softened)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Wash and prepare all fruits: halve/quart strawberries, cube mango/pineapple, slice kiwi
Use skewers to layer fruits in rainbow order (red-orange-yellow-green-blue)
Repeat until all skewers are assembled (21 total)
In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
