- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp dill
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Toss the chicken in olive oil along with seasoning.
- Make the sauce by melting butter in a pan, then adding garlic, Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder. Let it simmer.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Brush with garlic Parmesan butter sauce in the last few minutes of grilling and serve with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
Marinate chicken for added flavor and soak skewers in water to prevent burning.
