Description

A vibrant, no-bake fruit salad with watermelon, grapes, blueberries, and star-shaped pineapple tossed in a honey-citrus dressing. Ready in 15 minutes by your kitchen’s cooling July 4th staple.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 cup halved red seedless grapes
1 cup halved white seedless grapes
1 cup blueberries, washed and dried
1 cup pineapple chunks (shaped into stars if possible)
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Prep fruits: Dice watermelon, halve grapes, and washed blueberries to assemble.
Combine fruits in a large bowl, leaving pineapple for last.
In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
Pour dressing over fruit mixture.
Gently toss to coat (avoid bruising tender fruits).
Arrange pineapple stars and mint leaves atop the salad for patriotic presentation.
Chill in fridge for 15 minutes before serving, if desired.

Notes

Substitute white grapes with lemon slices for a citrus-pop white shade.
Store covered in refrigerator up to 2 hours pre-event for chill attendance.
Use dice mold for uniform fruit cubes if desired.
