Ingredients
1 lb kataifi dough
1/2 cup pistachio spread (salted and unsweetened)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (60%+ cocoa)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (for softening dough)
1/2 cup caster sugar (optional, for coating)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Soften kataifi dough with 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a bowl
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Sprinkle sugar evenly over flattened dough
Roll into 1/2-inch thick ropes (20-24 pieces)
Place on baking sheet, top each with a dollop of pistachio spread
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown
Let cool, then drizzle with melted dark chocolate
Notes
Chill dough for 15 minutes before shaping for easier handling
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking
