Description

Zesty Nacho Deviled Eggs are a fun twist on a classic snack, combining creamy egg yolk filling with Dijon mustard, taco seasoning, and crunchy crushed Doritos. They are quick to make, easy to serve, and perfect for parties, game day, potlucks, and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

6 hard-boiled eggs

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup crushed Doritos

Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

4. Top with crushed Doritos and garnish with chopped green onions.

5. Serve chilled.

Notes

Keep the crushed Doritos separate until just before serving so they stay crisp.

You can make the yolk filling up to one day ahead and keep it covered in the fridge.

If the filling is too thick, add a small spoon of extra mayonnaise or a splash of milk.

Store filled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
